At Tenzy Club, every piece is made in small runs, and we want it to reach you exactly as carefully as it was made. Here's how shipping works.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days of confirmation. Since we work in small runs and do not restock mid-season, processing may occasionally take slightly longer during a new colour or collection launch — we'll notify you by email if this affects your order.
Shipping Charges
We offer complimentary shipping nationwide across India on all orders, with no minimum order value.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:
- Metro cities: [3–5] business days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
Serviceable Locations

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Delays & Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are unable to redirect a package once it has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [support email] within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery, for lost packages), along with photos of the damaged item and packaging where applicable. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Studio & Manufacturing
Tenzy Club is designed at our studio in Indira Nagar, Bangalore, and manufactured and hand-finished in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment location in India.
